DESCRIPTION:Help keep our forests and trails thriving by joining us for a stewardship workday at Sanborn Park!  We’ll be cutting\, removing\, and treating invasive Japanese knotweed along the trail system to help restore native habitat and improve the health of the park.\nNo experience is necessary—we’ll provide guidance\, tools\, and gloves. Just wear sturdy shoes\, long pants\, and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. \nWhether you can stay for an hour or the entire event\, your efforts will make a lasting difference for our local environment. Bring a friend and be part of the solution! Together\, we can help Sanborn Park’s native plants and wildlife thrive.
